Each of our people is solution oriented with high technical skills, wide business knowledge and experience in the diverse industries. Our team consists of:

 

MANAGING PARTNER

Vukile Hlongwa; Professional Accountant (SA), B. Acc, CIMA DIP MA. Over the past 8 years gained financial management experience with Shell South Africa and BMW South Africa, both multi-national entities. Whilst in Shell and BMW, he was involved in rendering professional services for various departments and sister companies based in other countries. He is also a certified Independent Reviewer in terms of the New Companies Act, 2011.

He set up his own practice in Midrand, Johannesburg. He is directly involved in advising clients in all aspects of corporate matters including management consultancy, business establishment, statutory assignments, compliance, corporate restructuring, business financing, procedures and controls, BEE policy, tax planning exercise as well as liquidation and executorships. He has also led numerous special assignments and consultancy projects involving coordination of various parties and authorities.

 

Vukile is also involved in mentoring young entreprenuers in various programs including: Goldman Sachs, 10 000 women certificate programme for women entreprenuers under Gordon Institute of Business Science and NYDA mentorship programme.

 

CONSULTANTS

One of the main advantages in choosing Gidela Professional Accountants Inc is having access to a team of highly experienced professionals with your financial goals and dilemmas in mind. Our Consultants are either B Com or honors degree graduates with more than 3 years experience in the finance field. From time to time our consultants attend various trainings and workshops to keep up with all the changes that impact the client’s compliance.

You will never get the answer, "Oh, I’m sorry, but your accountant is on vacation for the next 3 weeks." As your finance team members, consultants will do their very best to make sure someone is here to help you and answer your questions during normal business hours, year-round. You can be rest assured that each of these experienced professionals you speak with at Gidela Professional Accountants Inc will do their very best to provide you with the answers and assistance you are looking for within the time frame you need it.

 

SUPPORTING STAFF

All supporting staff members are either B Com graduates or B Com students who are studying part-time. The graduates or students are put on the South African Institute of Professional Accountants article which is a 3 year programme. All staff members go through the formal internal and external training under the guidance of the South African Institute of Professional Accountants.
