Our partners are full members of the South African Institute of Profesional Accountants, registered Accounting officers and Certified Independent Reviewers in terms of the New Companies act, 2008. Our partners are qualified to perform specialist functions in many additional financial arenas and roles, including:

We are qualified to issue IFRS Annual Financial Statement Compilation, Accounting Officers Reports, Independent Review Reports, B-BBEE EME Status Level Certificates and other specific statutory reports.

 

We can be appointed as Accounting Officers for the Close Corporation, Private Company, Schools, Body Corporate, Non Profit Organisation, Micro Loan companies and other types of business where we are allowed to be appointed as Accounting Officers.

 

We help small companies with the preparation of External Audit where it is required, this will include advising them if External Audit is required or not and what type of statutory report if required for their entity. If external audit is required we will source a suitable External Auditor, prepare the audit documents on behalf of the small companies and ensure that all information is provided to the auditor and help with any audit queries on behalf of the client.

NB: External Audit is not a compulsory requirement for small companies, CC and private companies included, where their Public Interest Score is less than 100 and it is owner managed.
