Our Management Consulting unit focuses on providing consulting services to both the private and government sectors. In pursuit of service excellence, our services are driven by the client's needs with a view towards building long-term partnerships. Some of our services include the following:
- Contingency Engagements – E.g. where an employee takes Metanity Leave, Illness, Resignation of an employee without notice
- Outsourcing – Payroll, Creditors and Debtors Control management.
- Contracting – Placing our consultant for longer than 3 months period on a specific position as required by the client.
- Post-general ledger "record" accounting - such as assistance with period close, trial balance compilation, reconciliations, and data gathering and analysis.
- Statutory reporting services - delivering statutory financial statements including performing reconciliations and audit files; Assistance with clearing of audit queries.
- Project Management – Assets Verifications, Accounting System Change and implementation, Controls and procedure design and implementation;
